Privacy Policy
What we hold about you, what we do with it, and how to get it back. The crew reads public pages only, so most of what a privacy policy usually worries about never reaches us.
This page is a summary of how we handle data. Counsel has not approved it yet, so it describes our practice rather than standing as the notice required of us, and the full policy replaces it before launch. If you need the detail sooner — legal@trywoods.ai.
Your work email, company name, the domain you name, and the results of sweeps we run on it. That’s the list.
Card details (they go straight to Stripe) and anything behind a login — the crew reads public pages only.
To run your sweeps, produce your report, and email you about your engagement. We don’t sell data and we don’t run ad trackers.
We count visits with Fathom — pages read, roughly where traffic comes from. It’s cookieless and aggregate: no profile, no cross-site tracking, nothing tied back to you. Inside the app we log which features get used, against your account, to see what’s working. We never record your screen, we never sell any of it, and we remove the app usage data when you close your account or ask.
UK/EU data centres. Sweep data is deleted on request.
Browsing the site sets no cookies at all. Checkout uses Stripe’s own cookies to take the payment, and once you’re a customer the app keeps one session cookie so your magic link stays signed in. That’s the whole list — nothing third-party, nothing that follows you between sites, so there’s no consent banner to click through.
