The report is the first sweep, not the last. Every night the estate is read again, what changed is ranked by exposure, and each finding lands with the person who owns it.
01Nightly sweepThe crew re-reads the estate on a schedule. A page that moves keeps its history; a page rewritten in place loses the score it no longer deserves.
02FindingsEach agent signs its own work — the stale claim, the contradiction, the orphan — with a confidence and a rank by exposure.
03Owner queueEvery finding goes to a person, not a dashboard. Unassigned is itself a finding, and it stays on the tray until someone answers it.
04Retire or publishCorrect it, retire it, or publish the replacement. The publish-to-retire ratio moves, and the next sweep starts from what is true now.
