The report is the first sweep, not the last. Sweep the estate again whenever you choose, or on a schedule set up for it, and see exactly what changed since the last read. Every finding lands as an action, with the text out, the text in and why.

02FindingsEach agent signs its own work, the stale claim, the contradiction, the orphan, with its evidence grade: observed, inferred, declared or not known.
03Actions listEvery finding becomes an action with the text out, the text in and why. Ownership, who looks after each page, is not measured yet, so the list carries a column for you to fill.
04Retire or publishCorrect it, retire it, or publish the replacement. The publish-to-retire ratio moves, and the next sweep starts from what is true now.
